Can you match my brand colours exactly?
Yes! We offer Pantone colour matching and will ensure your logo and brand elements print true to your identity. Please note:
- On digital presses, colours are printed in CMYK, and while very accurate, some Pantone shades cannot be replicated perfectly.
- On offset and flexographic presses, we can mix Pantone spot inks for precise matching.
What resolution do my images need to be for high-quality printing?
For the best results:
- Print materials (flyers, business cards, brochures): 300 dpi at final size.
- Large format (posters, banners, signs): 150 dpi at final size (sometimes lower is acceptable depending on viewing distance).
- Logos: Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are preferred for scalability without quality loss.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the project:
- Digital printing (business cards, flyers, postcards): Usually within 2–3 business days.
- Offset printing and custom jobs: Usually 7–10 business days.
- Large format (banners, posters, signage): 3–5 business days.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Absolutely. We provide digital proofs for all projects to ensure layout and content accuracy.
Do you offer mailing and distribution services?
Yes. Allegra Surrey provides direct mail services including list procurement, addressing, sorting, and delivery to Canada Post. We can handle everything from to print to distribution, saving you time and ensuring your campaign reaches the right audience.
Can you print environmentally friendly materials?
Yes. We offer recycled paper stocks, eco-friendly inks, and sustainable print solutions. Let us know your preferences and we will suggest options that align with your brand values and environmental goals.
Do you keep my files on record for future orders?
Yes. We securely store your print files up to five (5) years, making it easy to reorder or update materials without starting from scratch.
Do you deliver or offer pickup?
Yes. We provide local delivery within Surrey and surrounding cities at a reasonable price, or you can pick up your order at our location. Shipping across Canada is also available.
